The only thing that seems to be helping me is chamomile/lavendar/mint tea.
Ginger is good for stomach troubles, so keep some ginger ale and crackers with you if you can.
I also keep some Altoids in my car. It usually hits me when I'm driving and the mint seems to help.

Never ever let your stomach get empty. I had to set my alarm extra early so i could start eating saltines before i had to get up. I would break saltines up into 4 pieces jus to keep it down and sip water. It helped alot.

There's these things called preggie pop drops that work amazing, at least for me they did. You can buy them at most drug stores and motherhood maternity.

I've heard of those.
There's also something called Mommy's Bliss. You can get it in capsule or liquid form.

first of all it might *not* be morning sickness. i was extreamly sick and couldnt eat anything but crackers some days. what kind of prenatals are you on? o took the spring valley ones and turns out those were making me sick. the day after i switched to the gummy ones, the sickness stopped. something to do with the iron.

no no! im anemic and the regular spring valley had too much iron, i couldnt process it because of my anemia. so they put me on the gummy (over the counter) which have NO iron.

nothing really worked for me. I was hospitalized for my sickness. I was in the hosp for 3 days getting constant fluids thru an IV.. That was really the only thing that helped me somewhat. Also eat what u can. Not whats best for u and the baby right now. I ate pickles morning noon and night for weeks.. I am almost 38 weeks and my baby is doing excellent! I also wasnt able to take my prenatal vitamins. They made me so sick. Ive tried all types. The dr finally said just eat good when u can and dont worry about the vitamins..
