I need to lose 100 lbs in one week!

But seriously though. . We are going to cali next week and I want to do a work your ass off for one week work out routine in hopes I can tone up a little...

What exercises do you suggest? Can you describe them or post pictures of what they look like please! I feel so gross seriously.

Mehhhh Cali girls look like any other girl. I know that I don't look amazing lol but I choose to just not care.  

drink lots and lots of water! no sodas, fruit juices, teas, etc...

snack on fruit and fresh veggies.

i've done this and lost a bit of weight

go 1 week with ONLY eating non processed foods. Fruits, veggies, lean meats, fish and try Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and the biggest loser workouts. Trust me, I lost 150 lbs total this way
