I'm going to look that stuff up!"oh hahaha i missed that you are only 5 days pp. yea dont start to fast. but you will lose some of that EASY anyway. i lost 25 lbs in a month after my son was born in 2010 just by eating healthy and walking and staying active. (that was after he was born so 25 lbs apart from the 15 i lost when he was born) and in 3 months i had lost 65 lbs (i was eating really healthy and counting calories and doing zumba and other workouts 5 times a week)
