2nd Bday help

I am planning a Dr Seuss themed birthday for my almost 2 years old. The cake is already ordered. I need more ideas. Any advice would be great. Thanks mamas!

My son had a Cat in the Hat party last year and is having a Lorax party this year. He loves Dr. Seuss!

how did you find someone to make you a cake? anywhere I went said they couldn't because they didn't have permission so I had to take a picture of him holding all his books, lol! I bought all the decorations at Staples, he still carries his little Cat in the Hat from his cake with him everywhere too : )

Truffula Trees from the Lorax!

Those trees are cute. and a local baker. its going to be a stand up cake with thing 1 and 2 and a fish tank in the middle made of fondan.

Having someone you know make your cake is always the best bet imo...like someone who you know it tallented lol....my friend works for a local grocery store and does all their high end cakes...she does mine outside of work so she can go even more over the top...it's rewarding both with how awesome the cake is and how easy it is on your pocket ;) ...and there aren't as many limits on what can and can't be done

My friend offered to but she has a lot going on. Soo I ordered the cake for $65 that feeds 35 people. The owner express her love for Seuss and offered a cheaper rate if I couldn't afford it. And she did payment plans.
