I keep craving yogurt (cow milk kind) and I am part lactoce. My body is going to hate me! I had 1 yogurt, a pudding and now I making noodles with parmesan cheese all within 15 mins. Too much dairy too quick makes me sick. I am not on any thing for my dairy issue. I do drink Silk milk but I hate almost all other dairy free stuff I tried. Ugh!
