Depends on if you've given her anything for it, and if she's responding to it.

If you haven't (which I assume you have) then do so. If you have, and it's doing nothing, I go if it gets anywhere between like 102.7 - 103.

Probably every doctor/hospital will say something different.

My daughter had a 105 fever for 3 days though. I called the ER the first day and they rattled off a list of questions and they said they'd just send us home if we came in...so...ya.

Don't know what kind of doctor you had but I was always told to come in if it was higher than 103. That of course is with tylenol or motrin. I was told any higher and it can permanently damage their brain and they can have seizures.

It was the ER that told me that. And then the nurse line said the same thing the next day.

106-107 is the danger zone, but you want to get in before that.

If it's coming down with tylenol, there's no need to go in because all they do is give your child tylenol and make sure it's working. Then send you home.

Huh...guess it depends on where you go, but yes if tylenol is working no need to go in.
When my son would get fevers I'd have to give him a full body wipe down with a cold rag as well as motrin. His fevers were stubborn. Hope your LO feels better soon.
