Im 27 weeks pregnate with twins im goin tru alot I cant sleep or get any rest im a single mother of 2 any advice???natural remedies?

i'm sorry you are going through that. i'm 29 weeks pregnant w/ twins and also restless and my backs constantly killing me. do you have friends or family to help you watch the kids to alleviate stress?

No im all on my own here my mom lives in the same apt complex but she works, their dad is not in the pic, and their grandparents frm his side go n come out of town every week...i wish there was sumthing I could do I cant handle all this stress all on my own.
