Mental problems ?? Idk help !

I don't know where to put this or how to even title it , but here's the story...
My brother is 10 turning 11 tommorow idk what is wrong with him, but there is something going in his mind ! He has always had issues ever since he was younger but they have gotten WORSE ! And he mostly does it in school , he was doing sexual gestures in class ex. Making moaning sounds doing the masturbation position , stuff like that. He got caught and told everyone he can't help it. He was good for a little bit and it started again , he makes sounds does stupid things he lied to the teacher saying my mom hit him and went to school and showed bruises ( my mother does not hit her children) he got caught lying he just does things that make no sense idk how to word it and make it sound like what he does is normal because it isn't . To make you more understand its not a kids thing , he doesn't get in his mind that if he does something this will be the Consequence. He keeps doing it , he told the teacher he knows 100 ways of masturbation , he went to school and he had a little bruise on his hand ( thumb ) and told them my mom hit him , I was thinking he is a pathological liar but as i here they don't admit they lie . He says he can't help what he does he has the urge to do it and it comes out , do u have to have a reference to get checked or can u make an appointment ! TIA

tell your mother to take him to his pedi and they will refer him to a specialist to be evaluated.

That's the thing his dr is dumb as hell all she will say is he's fine ! She did it to my 2 yr old sister who has been repeatedly constipated for a year we went to another dr and they said she might have a glucose allergy ! We can try but is there a way we can just go to like the ER lol I know that sounds dumb

Don't take him to the ER
Find a pediatric phychiatrist or phychologist.


Has he ever gone through sexual or mental abuse?

No sexuel abuse but mentally I can say yes schools are not really nice to him he started all this sexual stuff when he met these 2 kids who he think are his friends but they do mean stuff to him , sorry if I put this wrong but he has always been a little ticked in the head .... I forgot to mention for ex. Say if he is on you way and you ask him to move and walk by him he will hit himself on the wall or throw himself on the floor and start screaming and say you did it

It depends on the type of insurance he has or if your paying out of pocket.
Idk about where you live but here you don't need a reference.just make phone calls and you should find one to see him but depending where you go it may be a bit pricey

Maybe have him checked for Opositional Defiance Disorder or Borderline Personality Disorder either one he is showing signs of with ODD children tend to blow things way out of porpotion and just scream and yell and say that you are doing things to them and your not anywhere close to them and with BPD children tend to lie to seek attention and do the weirdest things to seek attention...it's a idea...

If his "friends" have been mean to him, they may have molested him. I would follow the suggestions and find a mental health provider for him. If his pediatrician can't or won't refer him, find a new one. I am surprised that the school hasn't had him evaluated by their counselors.
