3 weeks pp and random headaches

I will be 3 weeks pp and I keep getting random headaches throughout the day. Not everyday and nothing to severe as to where I can't get things done. I hardly ever got headaches prior to this. I did have a spinal block for my c-section. But could it be stress related or lack of sleep. I have a 26 month old as well. TIA!

It could def. be from stress and lack of sleep. But the spinal is also another reason they can be happening.

Any spinal block, epidural, spinal tap etc has been researched and headaches or back pain can last for months after. Not that it means it will be all the time. And it's not the same for everyone who gets one. But this is the main reason I did not get an epidural at all because, I already have history of migraines.

Yeah I would of loved to have all natural births. But both of mine were scheduled c-sections with spinals. First LO stayed breech. I tried VBAC with second LO but I never went into labor so section it was.

Yea, I understand. I just know a lot of friends who had epidurals/spinal blocks and they have had headaches since and their kids are like 1 or so.
