RIP sweet baby girl. :(

This is ridiculous! Its so sad. I've known the babys mother since i was little. She had her daughter 2 months before i had my daughter and i'm so sad that this happened. It happened a few months ago but we just found out charges were certified and he will go to trail in August. I really hope this POS rots in jail, how could any one harm an innocent child.

In early January, Samantha Murawski and her 4-month-old daughter moved into a Birdneck-area apartment with Murawski's 22-year-old boyfriend.
Six days later, on Jan. 11, the baby girl was dead.
Police identified the infant as Aubrey Hannsz, and an autopsy determined she died of abusive head trauma consistent with shaken-baby syndrome, prosecutor Philip C. Hollowell said Tuesday during a hearing in Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. The infant also had suffered trauma to her neck, chest, abdomen and anus, Hollowell said.
The day after her death, police arrested Murawski's boyfriend, Micah James Patterson, on a charge of felony child abuse.
Judge Randall Blow on Tuesday found there was enough evidence to send that charge to a Circuit Court grand jury, which similarly will determine whether there's enough evidence to go to trial.
A grand jury last week also indicted Patterson, of the 1100 block of Ocean Trace Lane in Virginia Beach, on additional charges of second-degree murder and object sexual penetration in Aubrey's death. He's scheduled for trial on those charges Aug. 8.
Patterson is a Navy seaman assigned to the public safety staff at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, according to the Navy's Personnel Command. He is originally from Seymour, Mo., and has been in the Navy almost five years, mostly assigned to maritime security squadrons, according to the command.
During the hearing Tuesday, Murawski testified she'd never seen Patterson abuse her daughter, but she said he'd often complain about the infant, saying, "She's a pain. She's being a pill."
Patterson baby-sat Aubrey the morning of Jan. 10, after which Murawski found a set of thumb-sized bruises on the infant's hips, she testified. Patterson told her he didn't know where they came from, she said.
Aubrey began vomiting and died at a hospital the next day, Murawski said. She said she wouldn't have harmed her daughter.
"I would never," she said through tears. "I would never do anything ever to hurt that baby. She was my life."

It's horrible i just dont understand how someone could do this to a BABY! And not only did he shake her and kill her but he raped her or stuck an "object" inside of her. Its sick and i hope he will rot in jail for the rest of his life. I really hope he gets what he deserves because if he doesnt i dont think Samantha will be able to deal with it.

It makes me look at my son and think how can some one do that to a poor innocent baby , makes me feel like crying

Omg that made me sick to read. How could anyone do such a thing. My heart goes out to the mother and the rest of the family. That POS will rot in hell for what he did to that innocent child but keep in mind before he gets to hell he has to be in jail and the do not like child abusers/child killers. They will make every day he is in there a living hell.

Even though jails & prisons are filled with felns & murderers, they have a special place in their hearts for child abusers & most of them have children. He'll be lucky if hes not beaten to death for what he did

Poor thing. I'm so sorry this happened to her. I couldn't imagine anyone harming any baby, let alone my own daughter. :[[[
If I were that judge, I'd let that smurfer fry.

I dont even know what to say its so sad and horrible that Samantha has to go through this. She was such an amazing mother. She left the Aubrey with him because she (Aubrey) was sick. She had to go to kmart to get diapers, wipes, and formula. Her mom works there so she was probably there a little longer than she would have been if her mom didnt work there and she came back to her baby unresposive and throwing up only to find out that that POS did that to her beautiful innocent baby.  

How horrible! That poor baby, and her poor mother. Piece of smurfing smurf! RIP baby girl  

I'll pray for her that she stays strong. And I know she misses her baby, but at least little aubrey wont be hurt by that piece of smurf any longer.

Shes having a really hard time but shes trying to be strong for her litttle angel. I really hope he gets life in prison and when he dies they throw him under the prison, or actually i hope while hes in prison someone tortures him so he can see how that innocent baby felt when he was doing those horrible things to her.
I just found out that charges go to the grand jury on June 4th.

She's so beautiful. That guy is a smurfing monster.
