If ur oxygen level is good yet you feel short of breath (chest feels a little tight and upper back feels out or like it needs a big crack) what could it be?

Sometimes its asthma
Sometimes its just panic attacks coming to me
Sometimes its stress

For me it's stress & beginning of a panic attack. Even if I don't feel stressed or have an triggers it still happens. Take a warm relaxing bath. Hope you feel better
