No I don't mean Gavin, He picked out Gabin. I let him pick out the name and I made sure it was a B and not a V. It's a mix of names though, and he wanted something completely original.

I also got that my kid's names were too white. Also that they were too light complected to be black....but whatevs. Name your baby what you want.

& this is coming from somebody with a son named Cadyn.   Gabin isn't even a name & the spelling of both names is ridiculous. & It just doesn't flow well.

I dislike the name. Gavin is fine. Gabin sounds like Cabin and Gavin mixed up into one hot mess of a name.

Sorry op I agree. Gabin sounds funny and Gavin and any spelling of Cayden is over used imo. All I see is Liam, Aiden, Landon, Gavin, Jayden, Cayden....

But it is your kid. Most people don't like my kids names.

You do not have to make up a name for it to be original and for him to be the only one in class with it! My sister named her son Ronan. I have never met another little boy with it either and it's a real name! Name your baby what you want to name him! My in laws hate my baby's name. If you don't want their opinion don't tell them until after you have the baby. That's what I did. However I would personall not combine names and then give it to my child.

Gabin is horrible. He will constantly sound like he cannot say his name correctly. Please think of your child and his future when choosing a name.

Also, all of this "mixed", black, white, teal, rainbow stuff is ridiculous and makes anyone using it as a "reason" for anything to sound racist and uneducated.

I lied. Rainbows are beautiful and should always be a reason for something. Like Unicorns.
