Lamaze Class?

I have lamaze class all day Saturday with my fiancee. I was wondering what your ladies opinions of it were if you went to one? Was it very helpful, somewhat helpful, or not helpful at all? It's a one day express class because that is all they offered and includes labor and parenting stuff. If you went what was the class you attended structured like?

we went last saturday, it lasted 6 hrs, and basically all we learned was breathing techniques and relaxation.. could have easily been fit into an hour..
