posts are dated....so you can use those as proof that you were expecting to get repaid.

Also...email him about it...make him slip up.

Ask him in an email why he would go back on your agreement.

He may slip up and reply about how he doesn't want to pay you because blah blah or whatever....and make it obvious that he is just being a dick and owes you the money.

No judge is going to look at you and be like, ok you gave it as a gift... he's already known for doing this once to someone else... he sounds like a user and I'm sure the judge will see that... He's just being an ass and trying to hurt you. If he says that again, tell him that you just aren't going to make the payments anymore then and see what he says.
