Tutu halter dress, two color tutu, and new bows! PICS!

The headband she has on in the pics is a wider nylon version I started making recently.

I'm not trying to be mean because I think it is adorable, but I think it looks more like just a skirt that is pulled up. Can you do something for the top portion?

yeah, she was pulling it down. . .I think I may make a onesie w/ tutu attached, but I thought I would start out w/ that. . .but I'm brainstorming.. .
