i was checked by my doctor and im 3 inches dialaited , and i have a cervical infection

depends on what it is. they may keep you and baby a couple days longer. i had to stay an xtra two days the first time i had a baby because i picked up an infection.

Probably just give you some antibiotics..did they say what kind of infection? And yes when referring to dilation you say centimeters not inches..you obviously made a mistake..lol..don't worry it just means that ur cervix is getting ready..it's a good thing :-)

Yeah.. U cant be 3 inches dilated.. U can be 3cm. If your Dr told you 3 inches I would consider making sure he has a degree before he delivers you.. Just saying.
