losing faith..

Im due July 10th with my first baby and I am so nervous. Since i'm so young I dont think my body will process labor or birth and plus I have a small frame. I just need advice on things I can do to help maybe prepare for baby to come easier. I also walk everyday but that's about it!  ?

Your body will naturally do its thing. I have a small frame too, and I gave birth to both boys vaginally one was 7 lbs 5 oz and the other one was 8 lbs 15.15 oz.   You will do fine.

Don't stress much about it-even with a small frame you can still birth a baby. It all depends on your pelvis. Your body will know exactly what to do!!

I can only hope and pray I'm so nervous about getting a c-section!

Dont. I worried about that constantly with my oldest. You will do fine. With my youngest, my friend scared me saying that she didnt know how I would birth my son with my small frame and I would probably need a c section. GL mama!

I live in Guatemala.... Teen pregnancy is normal here and I've seen kids as young as 14 who are ready to give birth. Here, in public hospitals we don't use pain killers at all during a natural birth and these little girls are able to have kids.

You'll be fine!

   Anytime!! I seriously hope I hold out as good as those youngsters I've seen at the hospital! hahaha

I'm only 8 weeks, and I'm an old lady!   I saw your post on the side bar, didn't realize it was in Teen Pregnancy until after I read it!

Almost every doctor I saw when I was pregnant kept telling me that young bodies typically handle labor a lot easier! I was nervous about all these things too, and now I look back &think it was just worthless stressing. My nurse & doctor said I did amazing! I'm sure you will too
