what is it really like to be left by someone you love with all your heart & left alone to raise a baby by yourself  

I think I'm going to get dumped here soon or something, but it could be just nerves.. I absolutely cannot calm down ..

If he dumps you,just make sure you get child support. Then concentrate on the baby until you find someone way better than him...which WILL happen.

i feel the same , and iv only been married for almost 9 months

Did you have a fight with your BF or something?
Don't feel bad..my husband just left me to drive home from the casino (about 20 miles away from our house) so that he could get drunk and hit the clubs..

I keep wondering how divorce and a newborn is gonna work out..

Try not to get too stressed though...and just remember that when one door closes another one always opens up : )

My first son's father and I didn't work out, still great friends. My second sons father (My "husband") was a deceitful asshole who apparently has some mental issues he needs to get evaluated. I ended up finding out I don't even know the guy, everything he ever said was a lie. He disappeared back in December.

Hard,very hard but yes as Tid said you'll survive I was too dumped when I was 16 weeks.

i would like to see the replies because if he doesn't leave me soon I may leave him. He just can't stop pissing me off and Im sick of it. But my son is 7 months and he thinks he will take the baby with him. LMAO. He wouldn't even sign the birth certificate.

Then if his name isn't on the birth cert. he has no rights to the child. Plus, you can easily win in court, your son is still young and most states will have the child stay with the mother most of the time, unless you're on drugs or a major alcohol addict or something like that, which I highly doubt.

im sorry you feel that way. What happened? Hopefully it is hormones   But i am gonna be a single mom, and i tried to get the bd to change for us, but instead he moved on and started messing around w/ young girls instead (which i just found out about yesterday)...its hard, and it hurts, just be sad, then get mad, then move on. i am hoping once my daughter gets here, i will forget about his stupid ass cause all my attention will be focused on her!! so that's my plan. good luck!!!!

I know I will have no problems getting custody. The only thing "bad" about me is I am not working. I am a student and SAHM.But I can get a job... so not worried at all just pisses me off that he always says he will take him. But he also says sometimes that he is not leaving till my son is 18 and I just have to deal with him. HA! I don't know why he thinks I am so stupid. Im a criminal justice major on my 4th year...
