Because thats not totally smurfed up or anything. The spelling of someones name has NOTHING to do with how smart/educated they are. They could be the smartest person in the world but you'd never know because you'd look at their "jacked up" name and pass them off. Thats bullsmurf actually. I agree with the above OP that is very judgmental and seriously wrong.

that's not true I think it's cute and different, and before his grandma got sick with cancer she was a lawyer and taught law after a few years of being a lawyer. So I don't think a middle name that is spelled with a Z is going to effect her chance in college or a job.

My daughter's name is Isabella with an "s" and I don't think I would ever have spelled her name with a "z" but that's just me. However, I have a friend who is pregnant and is going to name her daughter Mia Izabella.
