That's what I said but she failed to read that and concentrated on "my complaints"....

Who said I am not doing anything about it?? I am by not complaining that I have to "press 1 for English"!

Not necessarily but there are plenty who are legal....Why should they suffer? There is no way in telling who is leagal or illegal over the phone...Wouldn't that be an act of racism if we did do that? And b/c of that reason?

As you concentrated on others........and completely looked past the root of the debate.

Yes, but I didn't find "Because those immigrants don't complain enough" quite adequate enough.

There are areas of the country that are only Chinese speaking. Some parts have huge numbers of Russian immigrants. There are hundreds of immigrants that dont speak English or Spanish. Meh, they should just add an "other" button.

Either way, all the points of this debate have been pretty hashed to death, and now we're all just pretty much beating a dead horse and bringing up random irrelevant replies. They're private businesses anyways, they can do what they want and cater to who they want to, I don't have any problem with that. Now if it was the government forcing people to do, then I would "complain." (But for other reasons then pushing a button.) Anywho....

They need to speak up and say something if it bothers them that they don't have a button.

Well they don't. Only the "English" speaking people do...Those (mainly) born and raised here.
