I work at Broadway national bank

we have 28 branches surrounding the san antonio area, its not a BIG bank, but it attracts a big crowd.

Doesn't bother me in the least! People need to unwad their panties if they seriously get upset about something as miniscule as that. I love Spanish.

Hahah. I worked for them back when they were Cingular too. Between peole bitching aboutpayment arrangements (as you pointed out), and having to "save" the customers, I developed a small drinking problem. Hahaha.

Grrr. The call center I worked at handled payment arrangements, cancellations, and some tech. I'm so happy I don't work there anymore. LOL.

I've gotten yelled at before by customers that don't speak English because I can't communicate with them. Thank goodness 3/4 of the people I work with are hispanic and billingual, lol.

OMG...the voice rec system that they have doesn't understand ONE EFFING WORD that you say.....it pissed me off SOOOO bad.

I know!! My main problem was that is was my mother who stole it and she did it before I had established any sort of credit history so all the info they had was incorrect and they didn't believe I was ME! They kept asking security question about what my last addy was or my birthdate(which she got wrong
 ) and when I put in the correct info they said I was the imposter!! I'm still trying to get it sorted out.

Oh I've already filed a report but she's yet again disappeared of the face of the planet. I didn't find out about it until recently when my husband and I started looking into buying a house and all this crap came up on my credit report. I have a morgage from 2003 in Colorado, I lived in GA at the time. I have a 1,000 porn bill from Comcast in july 2001, I turned 18 in June. How the hell do you run up 1,000 in pron?? If she's ever caught I'm pressing charges to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Pushing 0 doesn't get you the operator anymore.   That sucks.

My favorite is Verizon. I mean, you call them and then get to be on hold for 2 hours plus, because you don't have a Verizon cell or reg. number so they can automatically look up your account! It's so fun calling them! I guess it's their way of making things so difficult that you either choose to discontinue service with them if you can get in touch with a human or to get a Verizon number.


Back to topic, I don't mind pressing 1 for English. I think they should have you press 2 for English, just to give pampered Americans one more thing to complain about.

Funnier yet would be the automated chick doing the whole thing in Spanish, and then at the end saying press 9 for English haha... that would make me laugh
