Question for all you smart ladies =)

I wasnt really sure where to put this question.. I figuredi would here because since a lot of you are TTC you know about ovulation and all of that good stuff   . My cycle is on average 32 days . I had my period april 10th and it lasts about 5 days. My next is due May 12th. I had sex on the 19th of April . How likely is it that i ovulated then or soon after and conceived? I dont know much about ovulation and cycles so im hoping to get some advice from people who have experience and know the facts. Also would i be feeling symptoms already?  

I never did the math on my own...I used this website to track everything for a couple months, and voila! I got pregnant the first month we tried.

It is possible but from what i understand, you ovulate about midway through your month... so that would have been around the 24-26th.

is that the only time this month youve had sex? its been two weeks, i think it would probablly show on a test by now   just test and see. good luck!

Ha....I got the 26th too. I split her cycle in 1/2 and counted back 16 days from the 12th of May. I am not sure about symptoms yet, but every one is different it's possible.

Yeah it was the only time lol it would be really suprising if i did concieve but ive heard of people conceiving during their period.. Bodies are weird lol

with my first pregnancy i concieved at the end of my month.... it was probablly 4 days before my period... so i know it is possible  

You should have been ovulating around the 28th of April according to my calculations. So it probably isn't very likely that you concieved but of course still a possibility.

I apparently don't ovulate in a 28 day cycle like a lot of women do. I think mine is more like 32 days?? But anyway, I used an ovulation test (strip test). You can get them at the grocery or drug store...they are expensive (I think $30 for 30 test strips)but it totally worked for me. You just have to pee on a test strip every day (try to do around the same time of day). It shows you when you LH is surging. I can't remember the name of it, but it totally worked for me. I took the test in the morning, the strip was "colored" which indicated a surge, jumped the hubby after work and viola! Preggo.   Good luck.
