Yes he does need to agree; and if she doesnt want to place or parent and she wants an abortion then she should get one.

ETA: I had an abortion at 21 years old. I had the pill.

Its not anti abortion its giving her my story I told her how its an abortion because that is her question 2. I told her she can give it on adoption anyways if you took it wrong its ok. I understand that. However the rules are very clear. Please give them a look.

I didn't say it was illegal , I said most places won't do it after 13 weeks. Looks like Chicago and California will do it up to 24 weeks though.

If you're rethinking it in any sort of way, You will probably regret it. I believe that it is a permanent fix to a temporary problem(im quoting someone) Which for some its the right choice. However if you do decide to do it, than i would definitely make sure you want it.. Its only your choice
