I love mornings not only because I weigh less, but because it seemed to have fewer fluctuations. Like, it seemed as even as could be there. And my meetings are at night, lol
It's sort of high point but I LOVE apples and peanut butter. It's 5points for 2tablespoons of peanut butter. I heat the PB up in the microwave first because when it's warm it's a bit thinner and goes MUCH further .I really like that! Same with celery.
You could also cut up some fruit and take it with you to work. Can you pack a lunch? Why do you choose not to eat lunch? I'd be worried that would do exactly what it is for you, making you VERY hungry later. I think maybe a nice fruit salad would work pretty well. They DO have different meal replacement bars also which could help.
I don't know a lot about those. I actually can't eat gluten, so you'll notice with the stuff I eat it's gluten free.
