Bad sunburn

Can really bad sunburns cause muscle pain?   I forgot to put sunblock on yesterday and was out in the sun for 4 hours. Today my muscles are so sore and I just feel bleh. I'm not sure if it's from the sunburn, or if it's from the anxiety I had all day yesterday.

I'd guess the sun. It takes a LOT out of a person.

I always feel like that after being out in the sun for a long long time. Don't know if it has to do with the sunburn, because I hardly ever burn. I think it's more of just the sun, and the hotness draining you. Hope U feel better. Aren't you sleepy?

my sister got a bad one last week and her entire leg swelled up! the sun is crazy!!

try some aloe and advil or tylenol for the pain

It's crazy, since the sun gives you vitamin D, which is good for you.

Thanks. I know I was really tired yesterday, for sure. Today I'm just really sore and I don't even want to get up to walk. lol Maybe I should drink more water. I could be dehydrated or something.

it's definitely crazy what the sun can do! Thanks for the tylenol tip. I didn't even think of that. I've been putting aloe on every few hours just 'cause the burning and tightness of my skin is bothering me.

Yeah, I never go outside without water. Drink some more water, it will help no doubt. And don't forget not to take a hot shower, I always forget after I've been out, I don't burn.. like the pinkness, but i tan.. the tightness of the skin, and it hurts soooo fking bad when U step in the hot water. Im like FUHHHHHHH.
