First day back to work...

Today I go back to work at 5. I'm excited to be out and about and doing something. To have some kind of change in my everyday life other than just hanging out with the baby (though i love it) and to see all my work friends. I don't want to leave her that long but I know she's in good hands.

Now lets see if I can get ready for work with a baby around. (she hardly lets me take a shower)

How was your first day back to work??

My first day back to work all I could do was think about her.

toady is my first day back to work too! i go in at 3, im kinda freaking out im not used to being away from my son :/ ive also never worked in retail ive always worked in tattoo shops doing body piercings lol

I probably will too....i spent two whole months with her.
did she go to daycare or did someone you know watch her?

I cry every time I think about having to go back to work , I have four more weeks off and my son is 8 weeks old now. I feel like I am going to miss out on his first word him crawling and first steps , I just got years thinking about it now. I have to gk back to work because I have a mortgage and we have been living on just mg partners wage and a credit card.

I go in at 5. I work at a bar. it can be fun sometimes..and ive worked there so long i can get away with a lot..(though i was pregnant so maybe that was why lol)

why dont you do piercings now?

yeah we have been living on just mine SO's paycheck too...its really hard. He actually just got a second job a week ago. We got into a fight about why I wasn't back at work already and he thought I was only going to not be working for a month not two. So I called work right there and then to be put on the schedule. The very next day at a family picnic he said "oh you don't have to go back to work....stay with the baby a little longer"..........I swear the devil came out in me when I looked at him because everyone just stopped talking lol. But I also fear on missing her first word or steps....we can only hope they do it around us!

i left the last shop i was at because my boss stopped paying me and started to let some girl with no previous piercing experience put holes in people and im not about to have to pay fines cause some idiot doesnt know whats shes doing and is only at the shop cause shes a piece of ass lol, i would do it out of my house but that could lead to alot of legal trouble :*( i wish i could find a job at a bar! lol i went to school for 2 summers ago and couldnt find a job i feel like i wasted 800 bucks on a piece of paper lol

Where I live, I have been at my job for 9 years so I am entitled to get 18 weeks paid maternity leave ( it's a government thing ) the smurf thing is I have already been off work 14 weeks and haven't gotten any money yet . I know j shouldn't winge because other people get nothing but it's been really hard

lol yes i hate them all! lol i went after snookie 3 times i hit her in the face with a tennis ball last summer when they were filming on the roof top  , mikes mom was my teacher and my baby cousins teach too, they give people from jersey a bad name, none of us are like them and the people who are like them are not from here and just come here to trash the place. they are all a bunch of scum, j-wow live next door to my boyfriends boos and her and rodger are a bunch of smurfs who have no respect for anyone.

I've seen the show a few times and I would hit snookie in the face as well ,
I dont like mike , he is the most up himself person ever and so disrespectful towards women . Who calls them self the situation
