Ready to start a diet again

I was doing really well for about 2 months and then I just started adding shit into my diet. We just wnet on a little vacation and now there is no healthy food in the house and I've been eating pretty much nothing but junk food. I'm a going shopping tomorow to get some healthy food back in the house. Anyone else ready to start losing weight again?

I join Weight Watchers next week. It has worked well for me in the past. I hope it does again.

Have you tried the Special K challenge. I have recently tried it and still am and have lost some weight. It actually isn't bad at all. I normally eat the Special K red berry cereal, and get some of the cereal bars that are 90 calories (they actually taste good), and sometimes drink slimfast shakes when I don't feel like eating breakfast. Drink lots of water, that is the main key, and eat more frequently and less amounts. I like fruits and veggies so I make sure they are all presliced and ready to go. I sometimes mix the water up with some propell the to go packs and they also have vitamins in them, because to me water can get bland after awhile, and it beats picking up a drink packed with sugar

I want to lose about 17 lbs to get back to 125 but I havenever did the whole diet thing. I don't even know if I can do it. But I want to try, I just don't even know where to begin. I want to go shopping tomorrow and start this diet.

I'm right with you..sort of. I have 18lbs to go to reach my goal of 125. I've lost 7 lbs this past month and now the scale seems to be set on 138. damnit..it just won't budge anymore. I really want to lose it all by july though..hows it going with you? I'm not a big dieter either..I always "try" to start a diet but fail miserably a couple of days after starting.

I diet a lot.. Usually gaining and losing the same 20 lbs! It takes me about a month to a month and a half to lose the 20 when I eat 1300-1500 calories each day. I started last Friday I think, and I'm already down 7 lbs. I've been dieting off and on (mostly off, ha) since the beginning of the year and so far lost a total of *mental math..* a lil over 25 lbs (that's what I've been able to keep off lol). This time I actually have a reason to lose weight and keep it off =D. I'm trying to lose as much weight as possible, and eating fresh foods and lean meats to make my body as healthy as possible for when I'm ttc this summer. I was pretty damned blubbery during my last pregnancy! Good luck to those who are dieting!
