don't try & tell me i don't know the court system.
my mother is a Master [a step or so lower than a judge] & i'm going to Universty to become a lawyer.
like i said . . i said my piece . . i doubt he'd beat the crap out of a child infront of other people & at least he got supervised visits & not just access without restrictions . .
if you are THAT worried about it. . catch him breaking the rules of the order than he'll never see the child ever again .

Please cut the self righteous bullshit. No one cares what your mother is or what you are. The facts are the facts, whether or not you believe them. For instance, my dad molested both my brother and me for 13 years and my mom beat the living shit out of me. Despite my frequent visits to the ER for mysteriously broken bones, despite my teachers calling child services multiple times because they suspected I was being abused, despite the court finding my dad GUILTY of molesting me, my dad was out of jail and back home with my mom within a few months and thejudge LEFT MY LITTLE BROTHER LIVING IN THE HOUSE with them. Even though my father had to register as a sex offender, the judge ok'd my brother to still live there, and he was 11. So don't tell me that the court system isn't FUCKED. What they're supposed to do and what they ACTUALLY do are two different things most of the time.

That's not true... My dad used to beat my mom when i was growing up .. i remember everything... there was proof of the violent person he was and he was also prescibed medication but wouldnt take it .. the courts dont give a shit about proof or anything like that ... my dad still got us every 2 weeks unsupervised... and he'd hit us and still attack my mom n they arent even together. Im pregnant now n when his dumb ass gets pregnant trys to beat my ass...you cant ever say you know this n that the court wouldnt let this happen because they do all the fucking time!! Just because you havent gone through anything like this and you dont understand how courts could let this happen just makes you ignorant! My brothers and I have told the cops about the shit my dad has done to us and my mom... i love my dad, but we obvisously dont have the best relationship considering the fact that its been 19 years and hes still a violent crazy bastard. I have even started to consider not letting see my soon to be born son because I know him and how unpredictable he is .He's already tried to attack me while i was pregnant... but i ran away into my car and locked my doors (good thing cuz he tried punching in my window and opening my door n punching my car). All that just because he was yelling something to me that i couldnt understand and i asked him wat he was saying. The next day he didnt remember doing any of that and doesnt think he did anything wrong and still hasnt apologized. I dont want my child to have to see all the shit that i did when i was growing up and i certainly dont want him threeatening or putting his hands on my son either. This shit happens alll the fucking time... quit being a stubborn bitch and open your eyes... you can have proof and the children saying they see this happening and the dad will still get visitation... ya you would think the court wouldnt let the kids be with someone crazy and violent but they DO!!! I honestly hope you one day have to go through this and feel the stress and pain all of us have felt dealing with children and abusers.

Thanks. I'm glad that someone else has been in a similar situation cause sometimes I feel so alone. I'm only 18 and I feel like I have the life of a 30 year old. lol I have a 1 year old daughter and am expecting my second in August. Sometimes I wish that I could just be a kid again and not have to go through a divorce and custody battle. I think my husband is like your dad, its like he doesn't remember doing anything wrong. He just goes back to whatever he's doing and doesn't apologize or anything. It's like nothing happened. Its weird....

MAybe-to the both whos family cant remember after an inncedent...I think it is a medical problem...either bi-polar or schiezarnehpia....sorry I dont know how to spell it....too big of a word for me....lol...cause usually people remember when they fight..so thats what I am thinking it is....and it sucks that a woman abuser gets to see his child...that he has not helped raised or helped financially....and where is your family in the mist of things?
