if he was THAT bad of a person i'm 100% sure that the courts would not give him access to the child supervised or not. they don't hand the child over to an abuser. if he has a record, which in this case since she says he did this, than they wouldn't have put the child in that situation.

i don't care . . women think that a man even RESTRAINING them is them being beaten. like i said in my other post. ifhe was THAT bad of a person thanthey wouldn't hand the baby over to him. not to mention i'm 100% sure he isn't going to beat the kid infront of the supervisor being family or not.

obviously you are making an assumption about the man. . . you don't even know him. she could have wacked the guy in the mouth & he grabbed her arms to restrain her & she could call 'woman beater.'
i am using my brain & my brain tells me that if he was that bad of a person than why would the law hand him some rights even if it is supervised or not. they obviously wouldn't. think about it logically. the ACTUAL woman beaters don't get their children & there is probably some reasoning as to way the law would still give the parent rights.

I'd like to have you as the judge! I don't think its right that you are accusing me of lying about it. What good would that do? I'm just here for some support, not to be accused of lying. I wish he didn't have rights to my daughter anymore that's not how it's worked out so far. He has court this month for felony domestic assault. So that right there tells you its not the first time. But as of now, he still gets supervised visits on Saturdays.

He was in jail... he bonded himself out with $50,000. And he has to go back to court this month. And he never hit me.... but he did try and strangle me, it's been a month and I still have bruising on my neck... and my daughter still wakes up crying at night. I think he should have life in prison, he didn't have the right to hurt me or my daughter or my unborn son. But that isn't up to me and it isn't up to me when he gets to see her. I'd like it so that he can't see her at all but that's not my call. I can only argue with the judge so much

Yes, women lie but do you know the court systems? Apparently not. You can't accuse someone of beating you even if they did. Without signifacant proof, IE: him hitting or bruising her child then they will give him visitation rights. I should know this shit, my whole family is in the supposed justice system!

My dads first wife was a horrible mother, did drugs, fucked guys infront of her kids etc etc, and guess what? she got visitation until my dad hired a PI to track her down for six months and got signifcant proof she was a bad mother!

Thank you for saying that. It means a lot to me to know that someone believes me. I hate the court system. I am a good parent but still a bad parent at the same time. I don't do anything to put my daughter in danger, but I'm allowing the court too. They are putting her in danger by letting her dad see her but I'd end up in jail if I denied the visitation

that's a bunch of bull. Courts give rights to abusers all the time. It has happened to tons of people, including myself. Not every judge is perfect. I had proof that I was being abused at my fathers house and the judge just turned his head and didn't care. So yeah, Made in Italy, im glad your child's father is a great dad...there are tons of great men out there. This guy just doens't seem so great, if he was the judge wouldn't make him have supervised visitations. So get out of your little dream world...

Like I said, you don't know the court systems. Judges will gladly put a child in harm's way when it involves parents. Hell, we have multiple proof of my nephew's mom doing drugs and guess what? The judges won't even give my parents or me visitation and we RAISED him. Judges don't care.

Yea I know what you mean there as well.... I had my nephew for almost a year while his mom was doing drugs... and he's not even two yet, so more then half his life and now his mom just keeps him from me and there isn't a damn thing I can do. I hate the court system

His first word, mama was to me. So yeah, I know how that is.. Hes about 18 or 19 months and we had him from three weeks every day and almost every night while my bro and his gf, his mom did drugs.

Yep... he used to call me mom too... I think thats a lot of the reason that his mom hates me now. She has a lot to do with why me and her brother split up. She lied to him and told him I was cheating on him and he got mad and beat me up. That doesn't give him an excuse to but she didn't have to try and start drama when all i've done is help her. I'm glad that someone understands what I'm going through

Wrong again, my Dad's house was a living hell. I was treated like that and the judge made me go there every holiday, every other weekend, and a bunch during the summer. Like I said, not all judges are the same and some just don't care. If someone gets an awesome judge it's a miracle...
