10 weeks PP, epis still open

soooooo, im 10 weeks postpartum... and my epis wound started stinging like it did a few weeks ago... so i went to the doc and he said
1.  i tore the epis open
2.  i had 2 polyps growing out of it
WTF?!?!  nothing, and i mean NOTHING has gone near the baby cave... no fingers, penises, tampons or anything.... i lift nothing heavier than my baby in his carrier... and though ive been mildly constipated (ive been eating fiber wafers since he was born though), i never strain to poo.  so WTF?!?!!  

anyone have any suggestions to get the healing going quicker?  or does anyone know what could cause polyps to grow??? the dr cant figure it out!  10 weeks is too long!!!!!!!

Oh good lord mama. I'm so sorry. Sounds like all the crap I went through with Elias. Try salt water baths, that should help promote healing and help shrink the polyps. Also, make SURE you're not allowing any bacteria near the stitches(I'm sure you're not). You'll be ok love...maybe you need a 3rd opinion!
