She was probably trying to catch up on the inflow of the 50 posts people did at the same time.

Legally he cannot file anything. There is no baby yet so there is no case. It sucks for sure but legally he has no say.

But no, I wasn't there but a close friend of mine was there when this stupid fight happened. He found texts on her phone of her flirting with another guy and asked her about it and she got super upset about it and left the house. My friend then tried to get a hold of her for over 24 hours and she would not talk to him. She finally came back to the house and got her stuff and left. He was waiting at the house with intentions to make everything okay and just get over the agurement, but she didn't care to. She called him yesterday and told him she heard the heartbeat and saw the baby, and he said she seemed excited. But today she called and said she was going through with the abortion.

To me, that sounds like she is just doing it to piss him off.

Why call him one day, and sound excited about it all and then call the next day and tell him that.

Honestly, I am pro-choice, but that girl..is a smurf for doing something like that.

An abortion is a very emotional decision. I can almost guarrantee she was thinking about it the entire time. Probably trying to make herself want this baby because he wanted it so bad.

I'd say he's better off without her, especially if she's messing around and would even throw around getting an abortion just because she's upset. I don't have much to go off but he sounds like a decent guy. He deserves better.

Her body, her choice. Perhaps she just knows that its not going to work out and wants to spare herself the 18+ years of drama.

And i doubt at 10 weeks they've already got the nursery set up. Who does that?

I had a friend that was talking about setting up a nursery just because she was trying to get pregnant.. Even started buying stuff and looking at cribs...

Some people are just like that. Personally I think it is a jinx.

Um you can't say this for sure. Not EVERYONE realizes or thinks its an emotional decision and some women use abortion as a pawn to get what they want. I was friends with a girl who openly would tell her other friends she would tell her BD she was going to get an abortion so he would bend over backwards for her. It's sick but it happens.

Op if this chick was txting another guys he is probably a phyco who likes to play head games. Your friend is better off without her.
