Everything but the cat thing IS normal. Teach her that it is something to be done in private and that it's not wrong, just not something every needs, or wants, to see. If you tell her she's/it is gross you are likely to cause her to have issues later on in life.

Don't make her feel ashamed for it. Kids do this stuff its normal you going to give her a comple and smurf her up for life. Explain to her there is a time and place to make sure to do it alone where no one can see and to wash her hands after. Also tell her not to put the cats in her pants.

Wow she is going to need a therapist after you get done with her.

Teaching her privacy is the right thing to do and any doctor or therapist with half a degree will tell you that.

Specially if you find out she has NOT been molested. Touching yourself feels good at 5 and it feels good at 40 it's a fact of life and what humans do.

...picked it up?

She probably 'picked it up' when wiping herself or washing herself.   This is NORMAL behavior, not something to shame a child for!

I Bet you did it while you were little also. Its NORMAL. if you want to admit it or not, thats your decision. But its DEF normal. My daughter named hers. There isn't anything you can do to stop her from doing it. talk to her about the cats tho... thats..a little weird.

She picked it up by feeling around and does it cuz it feels good. No need to spend money on that.

For the most part it's normal and it's nOt "smurfing nasty" and if you teach your daughter it is she is gonna grow up with some major issues about herself. Relax.

Really? I hope you don't tell her that she's "smurfing nasty". You will scar her for life like that.
It's totally normal, she's not doing to be sexual, she just knows that it feels good.
I would tell her that she could hurt herself with the kittens, though, they could scratch her accidentally.

It is normal for a child to explore their body at this age.

i have talked to her and no i don't think its scaring for telling her that its inappropriate to touch herself because if im ok with this behavior how can i expect her not to smurf around and be pregnant at 10 years old! she is five not fifteen!! how did behavior like this become normal?

It is NORMAL. She is a CHILD. Get the smurf over yourself before you mess up that little girls sense of self. Don't you dare make her feel ashamed about biology.
