What do you think about it? I have an appointment on Wednesday and I can't decide on what I want.

They numb you and it like a shot...only a bigger needle and they are putting a rod in there. not stitches...they just had a bandage put on there and it had to stay for at least a week.

nope it's in a big needle, they numb your arm first with lidocaine, and then insert it, only thing you'l feel is the stinging of the lidocaine going in

a week? they only told me to keep mine on for the rest of the day

I had it & loved it. And I had to keep mine wrapped up for a day & tape was left on for 2 days.

This mama got it at one point after her daughter's birth, but got it taken back out ASAP. She didn't have a good experience with it. Might want to PM her and ask her more about her experience. http://members.baby-gaga.com/member602955

Oh ok cool. Doesn't sound too bad. Did it hurt a lot after the numbing wore off?

My friend told me her arm was real sore for a while after, but not like painful or anything and she said the numbing shot wasn't all that bad either.
