Emailing Nook Files?

So, I bought 50 Shades of Grey on my Nook.

Now, I'm on the computer trying to get it to download, and it downloads, but then it says my computer can't read the file and can't find a program that can.

I want to email all three books to a friend for her to read, but I can't even get it to find a program that can read it on my laptop.

Is there one I can add to read it? Help!

If it's for your nook...Adobe Digital Editions should work.

What will happen..is you'll get ADE...open it..drag the Epubs into it..connect your nook to the computer with the USB...and a "nook" option pops up on the list. Drag the books from the library of ADE to the nook section and they're on your nook.

IF your're trying to read them on the computer..then only get the ADE and you can use it to read the epubs.

I think I MAY have been in there a couple times when I first got my nook. But I was so technologically helpless I didn't even know how to operate the damn Nook. LOL.

Now I know how it works. LOL. it's just doing all the converting. But I'll definitely be in that thread more. Thank You!.
