ear infection help

So last Tuesday night I woke up in excurciating pain in my right ear- so bad that I was having light sensitivity and I thought that I was going to throw up. I used a hot compress and woke up the next morning and was fine for the most part. Then Wednesday afternoon around four my other ear started hurting and progressively got worse. I ended up crying my eyes out it hurt so bad and my ear drum ended up rupturing. Now, I have a consistant ringing in my ears and I can not hear very good in either one of my ears, which is extremely irritating!

Does anybody know of any thing that can help? My right ear(not the one that ruptured) is still a little sore. I don't have insurance and I can't afford to go to the doctor really.

The hospital can not turn you away , i dont think.
You need antibiotics probably.
