I didn't think so.
You just stew a fruit combo (or just one fruit) add sugar (taste test it while gradually adding sugar)
I then pureed it and spread it on a silicone baking mat then dried it in the oven on super low heat (like 175) for 8 hours...or until it became tacky.
Then put parchment paper underneath and cut it into strips and rolled it up and placed in a air tight baggy.
