contraction question

Can they feel almost like a charlie horse in your stomach? My stomach has been so hard for at least an hour now, and I get this weird feeling exactly like a charlie horse every few minutes. It's so tight that I feel like I'm going to puke.

If it's not contractions, you have any idea what it could be?
