It is better without the apostrophe.
It in no way is difficult to pronounce

I already have 4 kids she will b my 5th she is my last my kids names r Joe, Daisy, Isaiah, Devin

If you have to use it then put it in the middle. Keep in mind she will use this name forever. Jaracheal doesn't look to good on applications.  

nothing like throwing La, Ra, Ja and an apostrophe on top of a perfectly great name to make it trashy.

That will look great on a job application some day.
