UTI on weds, but maybe worse now... please help (lil long)

First sorry if I'm in the wrong topic I'm in just such pain I can't really search. Ok Weds I went to the ER for feeling uncomfortable and spoting blood (no cramping) they sent me home with an antibiotic. All last night I would wake with sever back pain and it hurts to straighten my back up when walking to the restroom which I seem to be doing a lot more than usual. My other concern (tmi) is I just went to the restroom and there was more blood than just a little like it has been since Weds. I tried called the doctors office but no one answered to after hours line. Is this maybe turned into a kidney infection?? I need to get better tomorrow is my wedding.

Yikes ! It could be a kidney infection - do you have back pain now still?
I would go to a clinic and ask for an analgesic for the pain from the UTI - tell them its your wedding day and you need it fixed, take tylenol and the antibiotics ...

Sounds like a really bad kidney infection to me. I used to get them when I was younger like that. i hope you feel better before tommorow. Try to drink a beer thats what my dad always made me drink when I was like 8 and 9 and as nasty and cruel as it sounds it actually helped.

Yes my back is hurting more like killing me and I don't want to move yet I have so much to finish.

Try skulling a truckload of water to dilutethe urine ... 

ive had a kidney infection before and im telling you it gets so bad you cant walk and drinking water aint going to help. I would recommend going to ER or doc which ever is sooner. If you dont get it fixed you will had kidneys problems as well as UTI's all the time.
