For the love of god tell me how to deal with this kid.

He pissed on my smurfing couch because he decided he didn't like his brother. A couple days ago....he smurf on his brothers bed...same reason.

How old is he? If he can talk and understand real well, try talking to him. If that doesn't work, start taking toys away, stand him in the corner, or spank him. Better yet, have him clean it up, and force him to if needed.

i agree with all of that besides the spanking. even for a punishment have him clean his mess, then the bathrooms. obvi no chemicals or anything but a good scrubbing with a brush and gloves. tell him thats where pee and poop go. thats hard to deal with, i hope it gets better!

I've taken toys away, I've tried time outs I've spanked (well daddy has) I've tried making him clean up his messes.

Nothing works. I basically have to let him do wtf he wants or else I'm dodging flying furniture. My son is a sociopath...totally not joking. I've caught him trying to squish my hamsters. Last year my cat had kittens and he threw one against the wall because his brother wouldn't do something.

I don't have animals anymore.

Somethings going on with him. He old enough to know better. So time out groundings and make him clean it up. Main things is you tell how wrong it is evey single time he dose remind him where you go potty any where else is wrong . Then after the pumishment in a room just you and him. Try to talk to him about why he is feeling like he dont like his brother or why he feels that way every time it happens ask him. I say room alone cuz he might be more willing to tell the truth gotta get to the root of why. Always after the take of why tell him your proud he talk to you like a big boy and you love him try to be a big boy and potty in the right place. Thats all i have hope it helps

I think it might be time for some outside help. You have tried, and it seems like something is going on. Nothing you did, some kids just need a little extra help with different things. I am sorry mama, I really hope everything works out for you. Best wishes.

He's special needs. He doesn't process things the way a normal child does. I've tried all of those things. I don't know what to do anymore.

Does he get counseling of any sort? I would look into talking to a therpist and see what they think. Seems like he just needs a little extra help to focus on his emotions a little better and finding new ways to express his anger. Seriously i have been writting (or coloring if you wish to say) in my journal sense i was five. I would get super angry as a child and my mom gave me my fist journal. i would draw or try to write what i could to get everything out. Try other ways maybe. I dont know, it just seems like he has a lot of emotions bottled up and he needs to let them out.
