To yell at a kid who isnt your and you dont even know? Here is why i ask my mom works for the food area for a bunch of softball fields and parents let their younger kids play around the park because its not big and you can still see them. Well last night a two year old little boy, hardly knew how to speak, asked my mom " i wanna boo snowcone" it was adorible! As the supervisor she is able to let him have one and with a smile gave him a blue snowcone, its a small paper cup with alittle shaved ice and small amount of blue juice maybe worth 50¢ so it wasnt a big deal until two of the girls that work for my mom got in her face and yelled at her and went on to get into this little boys face and were yelling in his face that he didnt pay the $3 they charge for them.. i would be so mad if two 23 year olds were in my 2 year olds face yelling, screaming, and cussing that he didnt pay. I mean come on! He is two and just walked up to the window. Ugh im sorry im just wondering if its just me or what?

I would never yell at another child unless they were hurting my kid.

I put depending, because they were wrong to yell at him in this situation, but I've "yelled" at kids on the playground before. My yell is more of a "stop it guys" in a stern voice lol

WOW.. wtf! I would be bitching them the smurf out. And yelling at a 2year old because he didnt pay 3 bucks.. AFTER the manager said it was fine???

In this situation, heck no! Who could yell at a 2 year old anyway!? If some kid were beating my kid up, then I probably would use a not so nice tone or volume with them, but I could never cuss at them.

No, it's not okay. How are you going to yell at a 2 year old about money? They're idiots and as Supervisor your Mom should have fired them for yelling at her and the customers.

I've yelled at other kids, but not in a situation like you are describing.

I'll yell at a kid on the playground if they are doing something dangerous or stupid. More of a stern mommy-voice than outright yelling

I yelled at a kid once for pulling on Peyton's arms and stuff when we were in the WIC office. Oh and they tried stealing his bottle, the mom glared at me but seriously Peyton was 6 months old and this kid was at least 2 and hurting him by pulling on him and tried to take his bottle. She was staring right at him while he did this to Peyton and didn't say a word..I finally said something, my kid isn't going to be hurt because another person won't parent their child.

I'd be telling those girls to get the hell out! That was completely wrong of them. Obviously they are ignorant and immature.. If I were the mother I'd be kicking ass and takin names (or thinking it anyway)

I think if I was your mom...they would no longer be working there. Totally unacceptable behavior...to yell at a CHILD and their supervisor.

They are short on staff and my moms bosssaid she really needed these two girls or my mom would have fired them. But i agree. My mom was mad! But i dont see how people can be so mean.
