Actually you can if your moms insurance doesnt cover you and you are pregnant which they make you varify by having a blood test and the health clinic giving you statment of pregnancy (even if you are 8 months and huge you still have to have the blood test and statement). You cant have two insurances that dont know about each other so if you are on hers you are screwedbascially.

Not that I'm saying you should, but I would hope that my daughter, if she became pregnant would talk to me...i was 17 when I got pregnant with my son and I thought my mom would kill me! Surprisingly, she was very supportive and made sure I got the medical care that my child and myself needed.

You should be worried about getting the best healthcare for yourself and your unborn child...not about "hiding" the fact from mommy dearest.

oh nevermind. i have medicaid in NY by myself and i'm 17. just look up online. i went through a program and it helps teen mothers. but i'm moving back to PA on Saturday and i get it through my mom in PA so i'm no help.
