its the graco safeseat in deco.... and the little butterfly things I bought for my niece about a year ago from walmart that she never used lol .

I had never seen the chest buckle on any other car seat and have been trying to make up my mind on which one I want! Of course I won't decide by the buckle design, its another to check into!
