At what age do kids normally take showers/ bathes alone without help?

Sorry lol. Umm I still had my mom wash my hair until I was like 7 because if I tried alone it would be tangled a LOT. But it was to my bootay.

I think around 6 or 7. My kids are 5 and 7 but they still need a little help here and there.

my daughter is almost 6. For the most part, she showers by herself. I just need to help with the hair washing at times.

I know haha my son is 9 and still needs help.

I think it all depends on the child and when they show an interest of doing it themselves and no longer want mommy washing them lol (of course I wouldnt let a 4 or 5 year make that decision they would have to be a little bit older)

My 6 year old still has me do it, but he rinses himself off on his own... I just wash and shampoo, and he shows no interest in doing it himself. He likes to take the washcloth and wipe the showerwalls...lol.  
My older one washes by herself, but needs my help with washing her hair because she doesn't put her head all the way in the water, so the front stays dry and doesn't get washed. I've been helping her out by supervising only though, because I know she's old enough to do it by herself. Since I started supervising she's doing a MUCH better job. Clean hair all over her head!
