I had mine at 12 weeks, here, they knock you out 16 +.

I didn't have one at PP but it was an awake surgical one. I was given Motrin and Valium an hour before hand. It wasn't exactly pleasant but it wasn't excruciatingly painful either.

Agreed, with all of this.

I had one and everyone at pp were very nice, I didn't feel anything until the Meds wore off afterward but it was just cramping. Hope you have a fast recovery

Mine wasnt at PP I had a D&E at a local hospital. I was put completely under and I remember being in pain the first day or so then it felt like period cramping for a couple days after.

You'll be ok   I wish you a speedy recovery.

Oh really? I didn't know that. I was young 18....and honestly didn't know how far along I was......all I know if it was over 13 weeks they knocked you out for it. I'm glad they did, don't think I could have handled being awake I already felt like smurf enough.
