Mothers begging to be induced

I don't know about you guys but I am really sick of seeing mothers begging their doctors to be induced for one reason or another, the medicine used to induce labor can be dangerous and has side effects. Induction is made to be a last resort for women who are having problems like pre-e or infections! You all need to get a hold of yourselves. You knew when you got pregnant that it's not a comfortable thing to go through, it's long, tiring, and you never get a break! That LO will come when it's ready and you shouldn't try to force it! The time in utero is what it is for a reason, it doesn't get made shorter because you are uncomfortable or because you have a vacation to get to. Please, for the sake of your children, stop being so selfish! Estimated due dates are just that, an estimate! Your baby needs every day in there to be ready to come out here!

AMEN!!! I feel EXACTLY the same way!!

I only worry about myself, not other people.  

Some women don't know the risks because doctors push induction these days.


You know what I'm really sick of seeing?

Posts of people bitching about smurf that has no affect on them whatsoever.

I don't care how someone labors. It isn't my concern. Not my baby, not my recovery.

People are attacked everyday on this site for that reason.

It't nothing new here, and it's not going to stop people from posting about how to do it themselves, or about how they are going to ask their doctor to do it for them.

Seriously. It isn't your life, your body, or your problem. So how about getting off your high horse. I think spreading information is good, but just deciding to be judgmental and insulting? Yeah, not so much.

Agreed!!! Although I was technically induced both times with both of my kids ehh i really don't care. Both in the best interest of them but yeappppppp..

You went on a rampage because of the legal medical choices another women makes with her Dr?
