I completed 3 weeks of p90x before and had awesome results!-but then became prego w/ #2.. Now that baby #2 is here I started again. It is a very intense program and I found that it is easier to stay on track and focused when you can talk to others that experience/have experienced it as well! (Especially mommies because they know how hard it is to lose that stubborn baby weight & go from little physical activity during pregnancy to intense workouts!)

How much does it cost?

How long are the work-outs?
An average of 1 hour a day - for 90 days. Although - yoga day is about 1 1/2 hr and there is a rest day where you do nothing.
What if I don't want to get "bulky" muscles?
Try the p90x lean schedule instead of classic. It focuses more on cardiovascular workouts rather than weight training workouts.
What do I need to have?
The minimum you should have is a few weights (2x 5lbs and 2x 10lbs) and a pull-up bar or
resistance bands. I recommend buying these things at Walmart if you do not already have them because the p90x site has them way over-priced.
Is it that hard? What if I'm out of shape?
Yes, p90x is a very intense work-out program. Although, both times I started p90x I was very very out of shape - with some motivation you can do anything!
Tony Horton gives you ways to moderate during the videos because he doesn't expect that you can do exactly what they're doing.
We spend an hour a day on the computer.. an hour a day watching television.. so why not an hour a day working out?
