I hear ya! all I can say is keep pluggin away and I would bet you'll get your second wind. I was just getting mine when I had to stop the program temporarily for kidney infection, back to square one on the motivation front I guess.

well the 1st 3 weeks I was getting even more motivated because I was able to do more and more of what they were doing
then I hit core synergistics and was like WTF
and then the newer videos in week 4.. it's like they throw a bunch of smurf together in the videos...
like plyo push ups? 1 arm push ups? are you kidding me.. I can't do that smurf..
I've been spending most of the time looking at the tv like "   wtf"

For me it's just that a break in routine always makes it harder to get back into my groove, and the longer the break goes on the harder it is for me to get back into it. I think it's because for me the motivation comes from feeling improvement and even though my weight and inches weren't moving, I was starting to feel stronger (hence my rejeuvenated motivation) and now I have to take at least another two days off (totally of 5) and I'm not feeling very strong any more so motivation has tanked. But I'm sure once the pain starts to diminish and I can actually feel my core muscles again I'll realize I haven't lost that much ground. I'm just demoralized in the moment is all.

I like core synergistics but that's as far as I got before getting his with this infection so I never got to try the first week of the next phase. But my pushups suck so now I'm kinda scared!

LoL I totally understand that girl. For those I would just do regular pushups. Just do what you can. Modify, modify, modify.

Getting better, I only feel a tension where my kidneys are instead of the throbbing pain, just another day or two and then time to start back up, I'm not sure where to start from. Do I start from exactly where I left off , or in the next phase, or do another week of phase one to get my body strength back before going harder? ack, so many questions, lol

I couldn't do push ups until I was able to master plank for 60 seconds. I practiced holding plank for 60 sec on/ 60 sec off until I couldn't do it anymore. Tried that for a week, then started push ups. Now I do push ups every night just to keep up my ability to do them. I try to add an extra one every other night.

Try putting pillows under ur chest. That helped me better then girls pushups. I can now actually do 5 pushups without pillows bc of it

How far did u get before u had to take the long break? If ur past week three I say start where u left off. If ur still in phase one then yea, I'd start over. It's all up to you really. There's not really a set way of doing p90. U do what u can, when you can and how you can. It depends on the the results your looking to achieve ;)
