Organisms

Im 23 with a 4 year old son, I'm very active sexually... But to be honest I don't know what an organism feels like. Been sexually active since 17 and still can't determine if I had an organism or not. They say an organism is the best part of sex, maybe that's why I am not excited like I use to be. How does it feel? How can I determine if u had one, and how can I make myself have one also. I'm starting to think its broke down there, and wanna experience the great, mind blow'n feeling that I hear stories about. Maybe I'll try speaking with a doctor. Please help!
