Swollen Girl Part on U/S

I had another ultrasound done on Thursday when i was 37 & 4! The U/S tech gave us another gender shot (GIRL) !! it was definitely a hamburger bun with the three lines! She had her legs wide open just like at my 20 week scan so there was no denying she was a girl. She looked pretty swollen though, is this normal or could it just be the angle from the ultrasound?

I hear it's very normal. With my son his penis was blocked by his foot.. so all the could see were his testes. We couldn't get a gender off of that because it was possible we were seeing a very swollen vagina. I believe it's because of the mother's hormones? I'm not sure if that's right- but a lot of girls are born very puffy. (And boys to, at that.)

That's what my girl's shots looked like in her ultrasound. She was pretty swollen when she was born, but normal  

okay!! thanks ;) I never had a doubt about her not being a girl, I just never heard of a baby being swollen so close to delivery! this is my first so I tend to question everything little thing
